Appraisals can be quoted by request and on an individual basis as circumstances warrant.

All orders are considered a request for an appraisal. If you are unsure of the fee or have questions please state this in the order form and you will be contacted prior to the order being accepted by us.

Orders are not contingent on pre-determined values.

All payments are due prior to the appointment or can be done with cash at the door. Checks or money orders may be mailed and clear prior to appointment scheduling. Orders may be paid through paypal with a $5.00 surcharge.

Appriasal fees are not refunded if values do not meet your expectations.

All payments are considered final and appraisals may only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment to have a full refund otherwise appointment can only be rescheduled to another time and or date as available.
