Need a Rush Appraisal - 24 hours or less from end of appointment/inspection to your email on standard 1004 single family typical and average size home appraisals only. Payment is received at or before subject is inspected. No exceptions. $400.00

Other appraisals quoted by request and on an individual basis as circumstances warrant. If a sampling of our fees does not fit the scenario or other information is discovered about the property you will be called with what an alternate fee would be and you may at that time cancel the order if needed. 

All orders are considered a request for an appraisal. If you are unsure of the fee or have questions please state this in the order form and you will be contacted prior to the order being accepted by us. Orders are not contingent on pre-determined values.  All payments are due prior to the appointment or can be done with cash at the door. Checks or money orders may be mailed and need to clear prior to appointment scheduling. Orders Appraisal fees are not refunded if values do not meet your expectations. All payments are considered final and appraisals may only be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the appointment to have a full refund otherwise appointment can only be rescheduled to another time and or date as available.
